Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective.

  • You receive an incorrect item.

  • The product remains unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all included accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or customer-damaged products.

  • Personalized or customized products.

  • Digital products and downloadable content.

  • Gift cards.

  • Clearance or final sale items unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.

Exchanges

Products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped may be exchanged based on product availability.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, OrbitMart113.store will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
